Class Description

ALL OUR CLASSES ARE FREESTYLE, SO YOU GET A GREAT VARIETY OF CLASSES WEEK TO WEEK - ELIMINATING THE CHANCE OF BECOMING BORED WITH CLASSES.

OUR FABULOUS INSTRUCTORS ARE ALL THE BEST IN THEIR FIELD AND ALL ENSURE THEIR CLASS PARTICIPANTS GET THE BEST WORKOUT POSSIBLE!!!

PowerBar/Powerclass

Our aim with this class is to provide an alternative workout to the gym floor, for those who love the benefits of resistance training in a class atmosphere. Using weights on bars, and handweights, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. A must for anyone concerned with bone density issues (e.g. Osteoporosis) and anyone looking to tone, shape and strengthen their whole body. (60mins)

TurboTone

A brilliant class to start your day with a mixture of cardio intervals alternating with toning exercises. In this class you will skip, cycle, row, and climb, using barbells, dumbells, and bodyweight - amongst other things. (45mins)

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Fight calories with this fun empowering workout. This class will provide you with a total body workout using a variety of techniques and equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels, this will enhance your cardiovascular fitness as well as improve muscle density, balance, and co-ordination using bursts of high-intensity intervals. (60mins)

Pilates

Increase your body awareness and learn correct breathing techniques. This is the ultimate class for strengthening core muscles and body alignment, working into deeper muscles to assist with your posture, stability, and balance. (60mins)

Gentle Exercise

Don't be fooled by the name. This not-so-rigorous (but still effective) class is particularly suitable for seniors or those just starting out on an exercise regime. (60mins)

Cardio & Tone

Experience a great aerobic and toning workout using steps, fitballs, bands, and handweights. This class is great to burn fat, shape, tone, and build muscle in your entire body. (60mins)

Spin

An intense cycling session to give your body a thorough cardio workout. (35mins)

Spin & Abs

A 'spin' class with extra 'core technique' added for maximum cardio and core results (45mins)

Cycle/Box

A cycle workout, followed by boxing. Upper and lower body, plus tummy workout added in! (60mins)

Boxing

A class with all aspects of boxing, including correct technique. A great cardio session with boxing as it's basis. (45mins)

Zumba

Loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow routines, this invigorating dance-fitness "party" will have you movin', groovin' and shakin' the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue and more! (60mins)

Zumba Gold

This one is for seniors, or anyone wanting to do Zumba but just a little slower. Slower moves, but still a great, sexy workout!!  (60mins)

Yoga

A traditional Yoga class combining several Yoga techniques and teachings along with stretching, meditation and relaxation. (60mins)

ABT

Abs, Butt, Thighs!!! Need to work on those difficult areas? This is the class for you! (60mins)
